ive had the same problem since last fri,box frezz on 76 or 0, i just pulled out the plug to the box,waited 3 mins ,then switch the box back on, then it was working again ,past week its done it 5 times only once the day.

been trying all sorts of ideas why my box frezz on 76 or 0/sometimes, thought it was the box it self. ive got 2 vm subs ,had it on in the other room, and i had the kriptview off , ive noticed after a while, when you go to tech/ settings on the vm/sub it comes up cak callback connection attempt then after 10 mins it comes back with acess notification received, after i got that message turned of the box ,then turned on the kryptview box ,for it just to frezz on 76, turned off and on for 10 mins just to do the same, then box was g8. as anyone got any ideas or could it be vm trying to block the boxes ?

have you got the kv on a different cable feed and not through the vm box,any box with lan needs its own cables

i hope not, ive had the kv box off for 2 hours and got the v plus sub on ,in the technical settings i have had the message access notifcation received came up 4 times now ,never used to get it every 30mins to 40 mins. i think its a bit strange. the only time ive had that message is when you add or downgrade your tv package.but ive not downgrade or upgrade, just got basic tv package. 76 frezz on kv box doing my head in a bit .i know its just your luck when you buy , you dont know how long the box will last, hope i get my moneys worth

just after my last post last nite , my internet went down had vm guy to come out... up and running now
