    Why do these work and other boxes dont?

    Hello, just wondered if anyone knew the reason to this, i have a dbox and everyone knows there good for nothing now, but the kryptview seems to be working for people. Why is that? How long will it last, and do you think the NAG3 will cripple the kryptview?

          linux google card share? haha, ive not been told about that yet. Im close to buying one of the kryptview boxes a780, Read about installing and setting it up, but nothing about the googlecard shre and linux.

              The only reason the KV is working is cos it is connected to a CS server via the on board LAN connection.
              The box receives the necessary data via the LAN to open the available channels.
              It is not a nag3 hack but a work around. Nobody knows as to how long the CS servers will last, as peep have found out with the SV boxes.

                          Go for it...had a KV750 with Iconn for 6 months now.
                          Best thing I ever did.
                          Even the software updates are simple from the onscreen menu.
                          One tip though, on installation it asks you to select your provider. Don't choose the NTL option, it won't work.
                          Go for C&W instead.

                                  Just one word of caution "starview" might get another six months hopefully but when there gone there gone at least with a sat box you have someth. You have been told.

                                      I cant wait 8-10 weeks watching bullsh!t channels 1-5.. plus its wrestlemania season haha. Ive ordered it, it should be with me tomorrow
