no itv or itv+1

i noticed the last week or so itv+1 was permanently scrambled, did a factory reset and network scan, but now find i have no 1tv 1 itv1+1 and channel 4,
i must have tried about 10 reset and scans, but to no avail,

any advice would br greatly appreciated.

p.s box is eurovox 780
