kv went off at 2 am, sounds like a vm prob not kv, they wouldn't be closing down servers at that time?

Box down in Hounslow Area. Only getting channel 1-5 and Cbeebies. Already restored the back to factory settings and re scanned the channels still no luck. Does anyone know for sure if this is KV server issue or VM issue?

              Update:
VM Services down in my area and according to their website their engineers are currently working to fix the problems and believe their VM TV services will be restored by 12:34 pm
              (Thanks GastonJ for your help)

There is a national issue with the VM network..

There is a current national outage on the VM network. Sit tight and hopefully services will be restored.

and I checked for you. A mate of mine has VM, that he pays for - one of the few then, and his is working 100%, so if it's a national VM issue then he must be lucky... anyone want to buy a KV digital clock?

Its not a national issue but there are a lot of areas affected.
