Fave replies from various threads
1: What the fff is all that about??? All that crap below your reply I mean, get a life mate
2: no info on google abt the pace sv5 rang asda they have no idea what i was talking about,
3: Your total contribution to this forum, bordering on trolling, seems to have been a collection of snipes, one liners & asterisked expletives

all comes back to rumour again really, although I do think KV users are living on borrowed time, which was why I pasted the link for people to check and phoned a mate who pays Virgin for the service he gets. He never saw anything untoward happening. My master plan is to live forever..... going to plan so far

Yeah but thats also true of all c/s systems though isnt it ? not just kryptview. As i said just because some areas were unaffected it only takes the areas where the upload servers are to cause an outage to all kv users.Comment

Aye and probably Virgin now have that information which will be useful to them I'm sure
yes it's true of all C/S however not many manufacturers/importers/sellers advertise satellite boxes 'with gift' - why not just stick a target on their heads? Add to that the fact that VM are only in the UK therrefore the share must come from the UK - satellite is Europe wide, not just the UK.

virgin media are doing huge up grades this year, eg tv service, broadband and phonelines ,to give us a better faster service more hd chans , upgrade to make sky sports better useing the red button on remote and so on , down 6 hours and panic ? if the kv boxes where down a few days < then start to worryComment

I have no worries at all on that score.
However after SV the number one target for Virgin must be KV. Virgin aren't in the business of investing so people can watch TV for free all day and night.
All those that advertise with a 'gift' may as well hang a target round their necks. However it isn't they that lose since they get the money up front when people buy boxes from them, so they could fold up, or be closed tomorrow, and the people are left with expensive digital clocks.
Do you really think Virgin won't bother to go after KV? It's a matter of time.My master plan is to live forever..... going to plan so far

Hey you pay your money and you make your choice. My life is fine thanks for asking, and I have enough clocks in the house so don't need a KV. Thank you for your concern though, much appreciated
