hi having a problem with my KV the download not requesting
i have read lots if solutions and none are working for me at all
im using windows 7 and conected to a desktop
when i switch back on the downloader stops responding for a couple of seconds then fires up the message download not requesting
any help much appreciated

hi got mine today and it is doing the same thing still trying BUT IT'S DOING MY HEAD IN

yeh same ha a think the null cable i got with it maybe dont work not sure tho but ive tried everything a seriously want to throw it hard at something
anyone any ideas on solutions ?

when you press download wait for a few seconds then turn the kv on from the back.....plus have you selected correct com ports ??

yeh correct com selected when my box loads onto the 0000 on display the loader goes to not responding then brings up the message >
its frustrating

when im in device manager under coms and ports it has (com1) so i take it thats com 1 is there anyway to see if my box is connecting to my comp >

no try another port like 4 m8,,

tried all 32 ports only 2 i get a responce from and still same message thot this would be easy ha

was just looking local i got the null cable with the box so thought it would be good

ordered that cable so i hope it works thanks for the help i will update as soon as i get it going or need more help
