    Who can help??

    hi guys can anyone help i have had no luck trying to get my 500cs working again is there anyone out there close to Gateshead who will come and do it for me or i can get the box to them? i'm pulling my hair out just messege me and let me know thanks in advance John

              it's the box with both cable and sat on it but it's set up for cable was working a couple of weeks ago then i lost all channels re scanned and got all free channels back but other channels are there but are not showing

                          Open Media boxes are both mate. They have a Sat and Cable tuner which you can switch between, they also have 2 different Flash chips so you can have independant images for cable and sat.

                                      still no luck

                                      thanks for asking still no luck feel a bit stupid but just been intouch with my nephew who i got the box from and he's going to see if his mate will sort it for me i will let you all know how it go's probably next week....thanks again for all your help am just sorry i couldn't work it out for myself......
