whats the difference between om and a dreambox

can somebody tell me what is the difference detween a open media box and a dream box please ?
ive got a motorised system at the moment ,echolink 3020ir with abracdbra card ,
i only want it for the 3pm footie for next season , also can i watch sly sports on any of these boxes for free or do i have to c/s
and which is the better box and easiest to set up ?

open media box is a dreambox, only it has built in sat and cable tuners. Its a dreambox 500 c and 500s built into one

On sat you need to c/s and on cable you do not need to c/s to watch the footie and sports etc.
