what satellites can u pick up off sky dish with great signal

can I pick up german or Italian signals of sky dish on open box and where to ghet tv listing for that thanks

think bigger and motorized only way to pick up other sats,or wave torrodial sat dish with multi lnbs,and use a better box if going down this route.
