PROBLEMS WITH SV3 8.02 FIMWARE????

Just a general post really to see if anyone has experienced probs with the new firmware.We in my office have had different problems,all have the same box and all have same firmware loaded.Mine is fine but my mates lost quite a few channels(setanta,uktv etc.) We have completely reset his box but the channels wont rescan????He has a clone which works with all channels??? Also anotherbox still requires manual key imput (occasionaly) ??? Perhaps this is just a notts problem.ANY IDEAS ANYONE.?

setanta and some channels moved to BICS channels on the all channels list at the end of the list on my box when i reflashed. to remedy this i went to the menu did a factory reset code 0000 did another auto scan made sure emu and default was on ( to open secret cas menu 1570 on remote on menu) went to sky sports ...the box updated and eveything went back to where it was ..even the sky channels,,,,,, hope this helps... big

I'm led to believe Setanta channels are now under something like TV 1560 etc, do a search m8 of all these unamed channels,if you have setanta sports on your box why dont you take a note of the frequencies they are on and do a manual scan on the boxes you cannot pick it up on?
I'm not sure about loading software on clone boxes, he might have a dead box in a few days?
The one that requires manual input of keys is def a SV3?
