    starview 4 loss of picture

    hi all, i have just got my box going first i could not get any sound, i sorted this out, then now and then i loose the picture but only on scrambled channels, bbc 1 etc is o.k. if i turn the power off to reset it goes o.k. but i do not want to do this all the time. anyone have any ideas how to fix. stevie also i put in theboxsuperusb v1.05 file if this helps

    Are you loosing the picture when channel surfing?

    If you are, then don't. Use the epg to surf and all will be fine. It's just a bug.

      I seem to be having the same problem. The channels dissapear when you change from one channel to another - the only channels that remain are the free ones. am on 1.5version software.

      Ive factory resetted, rescanned - still same problem. You need to turn off the box and on again. Any ideas ?

            I think we just have to put up with the problem for now and hopefully it might be addressed in future software updates.
