Do I extract the .rar file? Also, when I plug the usb in, what do I do? It says press blue to save, then gives me options 'Savs DB, Save ROM, Save Key'

no 1 get a usb stick what to save things on surely you will have 1
no 2 save firmware on usb
no 3 factory default box
no 4 put firmware on by accessing the usb by going into box men utility usb select the firmware updater
no 5 before scan make sure box is on u stream menu options network
no 6 when scan is done put on b4u movies type in the remote 1819 should be working.

Hi, ive already left a post and yes i have read that it is only a fix for starview 6 and 7, but PLEASE somebody who has abit more info - can u please tell me if, and when, there will be a fix for the HD COMBO +??? Because thats what i have and im guessing this file wont work on that..

Yes it is only a test file to check how it copes hence why I said wait and see so many times.
