HI THERE CAN SOMEONE CONFIRM IS THE STARVIEW HD COMBO BACK ONLINE. AND I HAVE CONNECTED IT ALL UP AND IT STILL SAYS DISSCONECTED IN NETWORK AND CHANNELS ARE SCRAMBLED. THANKS SOMEONE CAN HELP OUT
