starview hd combo satellite side

i got a starview hd combo running on sat side. all is connected and no gliching on channels but every 20 mins to half hour screen goes off for a min or 2 and shows scrambled then comes back on.
its not the server as i have tested another box and thats fine.
anybody got any idea?

is this the firmware you were using when it happend to you?
does this mean i have to go down a version as i thought this was the last update....

Thats the one i use have you done a re install of the firmware? Just check you internet connection who are you with ISP? because on my vermin one i have no probs but with my partners o2 adsl one it does the same as yours

When i used f5.31 it never game me the sat CS NET option or let me
Input the c line or even see a cline that was inputted the best one i think is 5.21

where is cs net option?
as i goto menu/ accessory/network/server.
press ok on number 1 then input info needed on that page.
