    starview 6

    i just did a factory reset on my starview and now i turn it on its on c113 and cant use menu to install channels. help please.

              i tried the above but that dont work my display still on c113 green and red lights on and remote not functioning. any help thanks

                  on booting the box on the display i get c113 and remote dont work and green and red lights are on
