Is starview server down again

Hello peeps

is starview server down cos i just installed new fw via options usb and s/w upgrade

dont c ustream option anymore so cant turn it on

wen i select auto and apply ip add it stays 0000000 on everything

router is fine and internet is working on computer

just go on any channel and type in 1819

iv got sky sports 1 running but it freezes for a few minutes and cums bak on den freezes agen

any1 else having same problem my internet is running fine

teething problems at the other end guys id say. just some patience as all channels aint bk on yet so fingers crossed and we will all be in buisness by the end of the week my sv being temprimental but worth the wait thanx guys at the other end for bringin the sv bk to life

also noticed net application ustream option is not there anymore

they said it would go down for a bit because they will be putting more channels on

you dont give much info mate?

are you using homeplugs or hardwired from w/router

do you have another box on your router maybe one for sat side

or 2 cable boxes on router with the same ip can conflict off on off on connection problem

They do not use Ustream any more, so don't worry about that. If your IP is all 0's, then you do not have a good internet connection, nothing to do with the server.

It's also worth checking your signal quality, as before, it needs to be above 65%, the new firmware cannot do anything about the signal strength on the VM feed and you will still get freezing or no picture if the signal is not good enough.

i have had no problems with this my ss1 and ss3 runs smoothly have you checked the cable feed ?
