any idea when new channels are coming on starview

looks like theres a problem with the boxes in the northeast area as all boxes in the northeast are only getting aprox 215 channels when you should get at least 300 as we used to. so we are missing lots of channels which means at present we cannot get some of the channels which have been turned on by the surver as they are not present when a scan is done. Can anyone help us in the northeast.

listen your not missing any channels theres about 12 to 15 working and to be honest dont think there will be any more added dosent matter how many come up on a scan have 3 boxes and when scaned all yes all come up with a differnt amount like me has anyone noticed that this channel updating has slowed right down ok we got sly sports 1 and 3 and then nothing that anyone would want to watch really anyone gona pay for sky living love we all know what channels we want but hey the ones we have arent them if it was gona comeback the way we all really want then the main ones would have been the first ones but hey i could be wrong but doubt it i think its a setup not cable but starview sellers shifting there gear or somewhere down the line asking for monies for whats on its not even worth going to the bother of settimg the box backup but time will tell but remember dont pay for any of it cus its not going to last

@alotmentman nothing to do with the method(correct spelling) but the channels that are put on first as for the ironing dont try to be insulting to do that ya need brains so take your head for a good shite and good news more great channels that im sure everyone was waiting on Gems TV, Jewellery Marker, The Community, Pick TV (sky 3) , SKY 2 expect more 2moro like and this is just a guess alibi qvc the shopping channel cant wait and before anyone gets ratty and tells me to get proper vermin and be happy that its back or all in good time think why have it if theres only the weak channels and not the ones we really want and by the way im happy its back people spent good money but they he whoever if there going to the trouble of getting it back should work from the best to the worst channels

the way i see it is that sly sports 1 alone on free view to pay monthly is 10 pound as far as im aware im happy with that saved my self 120 notes by the end of 12 months as i paid 60 notes for the box if they all do cum bk its a bonus just have patience if they dont well we all took at shot at being greedy then i suppose but we have waited this long an are all still writing in this forum so there must be glimers of hope or i may just be speaking for myself

what should happen is when all the channels have been added everyone who has a 2v7 or combo or any sv with the 12 months die date well i think that date should be wiped and not restarted but got rid of entirley.
that way we would be confident this isnt just a "to sell" old stock, if the boxes were longer lived no-one would buy any new boxes anyway, apart from new buyers.
personally ill never go back to cable cs as its way too unstable for me.
