No files visable on my usb menu

My starview is usb menu is not recognising the show must go on or any mp3s???? the usb is flashing and the menu changes colour? any ideas???

my menu changed colour, it had done so when the sv7 went off the fist time in january, then when i put the new fw on today i got nothing and the menu and set up options had also changed to a dull colour, plus i couldnt get out the menu, i put the carling 104 back on that was only way i could get out the menu

to get out of the menu you have got to scan for channels. it done that to me the other day
