Finding channels after scan

I've did about 10 scans on my box, all with different Symbol Rate, and I'm unable to find more than 220 channels, any idea how to sort this problem?

all ive got now is a blue screen, and the clock, which aint at right time, dont know how to get into menu as its just blueeeee

It's all working fine! Sky Sports etc working, I'm just not finding all of the channels!
I've been to a friends and done a scan at his house, and I'm finding the same amount of channels, so not sure if it's just the northeast that can't find them all at the minute.

All channels not up and running as yet s/sp 1&2 and 9 others .Hopefully all should be up at w/end

supergyan looks like the norteast area as i have the same problem and i also live in the northeast and it is the same even before you change the firmware.Think we need help.

Right sorted the problem with the missing channels.Follow this step by step.First do a scan auto scan as usual.When you have done this do another auto scan but change the qam from 64 to the max 256 then hit search.After the search you will have the missing channels back and they will be on but the other channels will be off.So do another auto search but put the qam back to 64.When the scan is finished you will have the channels back on but when you go to the channels that were firstly not there they will be there but wont come on.So now that you can see the channels in the listing that firstly were not there but now will not show a picture right down there frequancy which you will find at the bottom left when you press ok.Now that you have the frequancys written down which will be 451.0 for challenge,challenge+1,sky love,sky living, sky living+1 and 435.0 for pick tv.Now what you do is go to manual search change the omhz to 451.0 then change the qam to max 256 then hit search when it has finished leave the qam on 256 but change the omhz to 435.0 then press search.when it is finished try all your channels and they will all work as they should.

Thanks for help in getting all chanels on as above all channels in order like on v-----m but you dont have to do manual search just auto 64 qam save then 256 qam save then go back and do another scan on 64 qam then all channels listed in order as like v-----m, TYhank you for help lets hope we get some more channels on soon,
