Star view 2. messagae (The Box)

i have installed the software , downloaded successfully, now i turned on the box and tv it give me the message "The Box". nothing else, not doing anything else, not even updating.
could you tell me what i shall i do now.please asap that will be a big help.

your not getting instalation menu

i got the instalation menu, i did as it says, i installed, fasher 4.03 like dat,
and 4.5 is absolutley not working, could any1 help me,
tell me from scratch, i wll dowload the software, will do it again.
