sv7 instuctions please

" could anyone who knows how to set up the sv7 please put instructions on, like from downloading to getting it up and running, i dont know where i'm going wrong, ive read and re read the posts, ive had blue screen, nearly crapped myself, thought i was having a heart attack, like i dont know when i should put lan cable in, is it before or after scan, my wee nerves are shattered, it was easy when i done the carling one, that was ok not so scary, but this one well its got me chasin my tail, woul be most greatful if someone could take the time to tell me how to do it step by step, many thanks in advance for any help, just cant seem to get it to work

download the new bin file posted in download section, then do this -

1. Copy the file to your USB pen drive
2. Install it to your box
3. Restart the box
4. Do a factory reset
5. Scan for channels in your area
6. When channel scan completes go to a channel and type 1819
7. Wait a few minutes and connection should be established

p.s. only a few channels are back on such as sky sports 1 and 3. hope it helps.
