What software do I need to flash Starview

Hi I know everyone is still waiting for the Starview 1 update but once it's available what sofware do I need to load it onto the box. I have a null modem cable to connect to the PC but what else do I need? Sorry if this sounds pretty basic but I am still learning

Learn this: Don't start a thread without FIRST searching for it. Once you are certain you tried your very best to search for an answer ONLY then start a new thread! No point starting duplicate threads, which seems to be going on a lot here. PLEASE people keep it clean.

The flash software has been asked and answered. I'll tell you anyway because it's nearly Xmas! The zip or rar file will include the exe file need to flash your box with the fix. You will need to load the included bin file and upload it to your box. Don't forget to change the COM port if it doesn't communicate with the box first time, until you get one that works.
