chan update

After installing latest software I have none of the channels mentioned, only BBC, ITV, CH4 &5. Is this anything to do with my Vermin super hub?

no try factory default on box disconnect ethernet cable then try again

Have you pressed 1819 ? if not go to sly sports 1 press 1819 and should clear

Will try factory default. Did 1819 on Sly Sports 1 when first installed software, got the channel for about 5 seconds before scrambling again and all channels scrambled.

hi put fware on scanned done reset pressed 1819 but all i get is comedy central and dicovery and they dont work either? dont even get free chans

You need to do a auto scan after a factory reset then on any channel press 1819 and that should be it.

ive done that what u just said but iam only gettin 11 channels, no sly sports etc?

Are you on the right symbol rate,mine is 6952 also is your cable connection on tight.

yep its saying connected so connection is tight, tried a couple of cables aswell and nothing
my rate is 6887

when you do a scan try changing the qam to 256 then scan.

ok doin it its takin ages to scan now so fingers crossed. it was on 64

yeah all asian channels are back (b4u movies, star plus etc)
aswell as few movie channels
just waitin for the rest of sports n music channels to re-appear.

p.s. i havnt got a few channels like mtv base...shall i re-scan?

sky box office what channel is it ? and is it on for the fight 2nite...

You lot on here having a giraffe? tried all suggestions still only getting 5 channels, all other channels are listed but scrambled.
Think this is all a big con!
