still ots of chanells missing

ive downloaded starview 3 and im still missing lots of chanells including all bbc chanells?anyone got any ideas?

You need to do a factory reset prior to doing the latest software update.

Do a factory reset now and then reinstall software then your usual rescan, simple as.
