loaded new firmware on mem stick loaded on box done fact reset scanned channels put in 1819 says enabled but only got freeview channels others say scrambled never had box working do i need to load anything else does laptop need to be connected to sv7 help pleez

have you connected the box to the server via the ethernet cable

got ethernet cable plugged in to laptop which haqs wireless connection

think you have to have the internet connection plugged into box m8

box needs a coaxial cable feed to scan for channels and lan for connection

You need to plug ur ethernet cable from a modem into a router then into ur box mate

switch off box modem and router for 30 secs then on as it needs an ip,make sure you have showmustgoon firmware on box.
