have you got a working lan cable going straight to router ?which then hooks up to modem=sounds like not connected.

you need the show must go on software then when youve searched your channels should get about 300 you then press1819 when on ss1 it wont go to a channel it will just say enable

try factory reset mate then do wot jimm said in his post but keep lan connected then check your ip mate check on auto then go to apply press ok it should pick it up

In Belfast Area I have done a scan but whwn I enter 1819 I get no channel can anyone help thanks
