New Firmware - Showmustgoon v2.0
1. Switch box on wait for a few seconds until booting has finished.
2. Press MENU on remote
3. Press RIGHT ARROW BUTTON once
4. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON twice
5. Press OK BUTTON twice

The box should reboot and the display should come back on.

This method was the only one worked for me ... keep trying mate

hi peeps- this is what to got to do worked for me, find a friend with a starview6 and be watching any channel because this will enble you to connect rs 232 cable and the other end to your sv 7 and switch it on this will take about 10 minutes be patient till good appears on slave box. please ensure rs232 cable is connected first and the slave box is switched on last,don't forget to put in 1819 to enable net connection you don't have to scan. good luck:
