i have tried everything and all frequencies but can only get 11 channels ntl provider please help i get all channels when using carling is there a glitch in the software

have u gone thru the process with a fine tooth comb as in making sure all connections are in and followed the guide step by step? i no i may sound like im makin u look daft but sometimes its worth just to have a quick look again and check everything sometimes its the smallest thing and u be up and running

checked all connections and they are fine also if i scan using carling i get all but if i scan using latest soft i only get 11

jmight b a silly question have you tried scanning with carling then putting new firmware on without scanning again or will that not work?

Are you scanning for channels on right freq. ? check what freq. you are getting channels with carlin and then make sure you are on the same freq. when scanning with new softwere.

If you set freq to Auto should find all the channels thats all i did with mine was not sure what the correct freq was

have done all the above but still not working,if you scan using carling then put the new software on it doesnt let you come out of the menu on the new software

when you put the new sw on and the menu comes up try searching for channels them you should be able to get off menu

if you can read carling is a dodo old firmware useless you need
showmustgoon firmware in downloads above.read the tut that goes with it also.

after you have installed the new software, REMOVE THE USB then 'Auto' scan.. should do the trick..
