bottom of my screen now missing!!!!

hello guy's just noticed the bottom of my screen of my box is now missing and trying to watch the telly is now unbearable any ideas? thanks

scart lead ??? or could be that they are still messing with the other end to get all channels bk just a thought or swtich off and turn bk on see any difference my pic pixelates from time to time and freezes but all gud for now

you could be on letter box format go into menu and change screen settings

If there is a standard setting, check that it's PAL and not NTSC. You could always try a factory reset, it's much more likely to be something you have done than something in the firmware.
