Subtitles problem Starview

hi guys

does anyone know how to take off subtitles because they just keep staying on ?

any help

its like it is default subtitles on
i cant change them atall

Press the Exit button on remote,

and exit button but nothing

check if there is a subtitles button on remote as it may have been pressed,other is check settings on box as there may be one set to on.a factory reset would have thought would have reset to default.

Press the text button on remote, down to subtitles press ok,( nothing happens)
press exit, then when subtitles come on again press exit again.
