starview 7 not working

    starview 7 not working

    i have just got the sv7 and put the software in and it says it connecting but just scramble comes up i am on talktalk is this why can someone help

                          why not try the flash process again and go through the guide and make sure everything is done an maybe narrow down the problem

                              got it working now just had it on a channel that would not clear

                                  Not sure as I dont have one but did you reset and rescan box like I think it says in the readme.
