starview 6 can't connect?

i've installed new firmware for SV6 as per satsmo instructions, factory reset, scanned and 1819 on a scrambled channel and it says enabled however it just shows scrambled, when i press info button it just wont connect to net, anyone able to help or experiencing similar probs

try resetting router and see if that makes any difference

First off check your network cable is connected to box and router
Reset factory default and scan for channels then do the 1819 on sky sports 1
This worked for me

i can't get the sv6 to connect to net? tried re-starting did the 1819 enable and i've used show must go on firmware but still no luck
