The dual side on this box make it very great box. I have been using for a while and very happy till when the server goes down (cable). Satellite side offer more possibility like now the server are down. I order Aljazeera sports card for ?88.99 year to watch the sport channels champions league , carling cup , FA ,UK FRIENDLY , EU leagues, international foot and more to come ( Google Aljazeera card for more info) The Conditional Access Module Interface (Cam) on this box have 2 slots. One for Smart Card and other PCMCIA=DVB Common Interface Standard (Viaccess , Irtedo , Nagravision , Conax , Crytowork , Alphacrypt ect..) Mean Aljaz card will work on this receiver.
Dish side i didn?t invest at all. Using the existing Sky dish witch is well orientated to HOTBIRD 13 E satellite. Just connect cable to the box and select HOTBIRD 13 E Satellite into the menu receiver and start search. You will get FTA channels. Proceed someway for any another satellite even sky. Seem to be good alternative till cs sorted out on cable side.
