    Starview hd+ HELP NEEDED

can someone help me with my box it keeps disconnecting and then connecting im using it on the sat side its hard wired through my router so im not using a wifi bridge i have checkd my server on another box and its perfect i dont understand why on this box it wont stay connected it keeps disconnecting every 10mins approx and then reconnecting after showing up as scrambled on the channel. I have got the latest firmware on it as it was doing the same thing on f21 and now its on f5.31 its still doing the same thing even when i take the box to another house and request a testline from the same server person it does the same thing. I have done a factory reset aswell
