    starview 7 with a 2pin plug

hi guys i was going to buy another starview 7 now there back up and running for the kids room, the one i was going to get though comes with a 2pin plug, i know i can use a shaverplug or fit a 3 pin to power it, just wanted to know if it will take the new firmware and its not a clone as the other starviews ive come in to contact with have a 3 pin, thanks in advance for any tips

you can put a 3 pin plug on it and also change the fuse to a 3 amp for saftey,2 pins i found at times spark at connections which is not good.
