hiya just a quick question i have got a sony ericsson x10 for sale and someone wants to swap me for a sv 7 combo hd am i right in thinking that the cable side of these box's is still down

Cable on the combo is still down but this can be used on sat side if you wanted.

Swap is dependant on what you think your phone is worth.

If you said what you feel your phone is worth then might be able to say if its worth the swap.

I brought two starview hd combo+ lan's each costing ?95 and they were near enough new on ebay just to let you know and im using it on the sat side but bare in mind you will have to pay for server google for more info.

just to clear things up sv6 and sv7 are cable boxes,the combo hd is sat and cable/not working for the moment.
there is no such box as sv7 hd combo
