SV4 - HDD causes horizontal lines on TV picture

Hi

When I am watching normal TV (via the SV4) I have a (very annoying) scrolling horizontal line.

It seems that the fact that the hard drive is connected is interfering with the picture.

Anyone have any ideas how to stop this happening?

Thanks for the reply.

Just tried to use a USB extension hub but this drains the power available to the hdd and it won't work.
Did manage to move the hdd away from the SV4 as far as it would go but didn't help unfortunately. It's def some kind of electrical interference though.

Looks like I need to give another hdd a try.

Connected a new hdd and all is fine now.

Might be best to avoid Lacie drives for this purpose, just to be on the safe side.
