Starview 4 usb no picture??? help???

Mine was doing that.
It 'fixed' itself....now if I use the up and down it loses the picture...I have to turn the box on and off to get it back. having to use the fav all the time.

And does anyone know how to turn the 'voice sub titles' off. Doesnt half spoil the movies.

Press audio button m8, select one of the settings I'm sure it is m8 ?

hi all had a look on forum about sound on my starview 4 usb it is not very load is there anythink i can do to get the sound up like i said i had a look on forum and found no luck hope some one can help thx

Low Volume

You will probably think I am taking the mick but have you tried increasing the volume on your SV4 remote as this works independently to your tV or surround sound volume.

use the new 1.07 version and do factory settings then reboot as it was first time turn emu key on and should b fine

HI,

I had the same problem, I was loosing pic and/or sound intermitently which was very frustrating. I upgraded to The Box Super USB V1.07 22/12/08 firmware and I have not had any problem for at least two days ( Keeping my fingers crossed). With the new firmware I understand you do not have to enter the keycodes. Just reset the box to factory default, go to Menu, access the hidden menu with 1570 set keycode ON and run Automatic scan and wait for channels to be updated. Happy viewing.

V1.07 can cure the no picture...

Folks just to confirm i have had the same problem - V1.07 has seemed to resolve this for me.

There is recording software available for starview usb which will sort out your problem.
