Starview 6 does not work

Have loaded lastest software and followed the instructions, but have only found only 3 channels after scan,
Have load software 3 or 4 times, done the factory default, and scanned again, same result any idea's.

turn it on then press 1819 and it will come on

check all ya connections mate then do fac taree reset put old software back on do a chann scan see if pics um all up even thou say scrammbled/if it does just put new show ust go on it /press the 4 magic numbas on sly 1 see wot u get dont forget the fanks button all the best
