hey just wondering i done the auto symb rate got my box connected not all the channels are working only ones working are the sports channels few of each of the genres what can i do to fix it or do i have to wait for them any help is appreciated.

you have to wait to get the channels back, now the s/w is sorted then im sure they will start adding channels like last time, its just the waiting game now

first post people usually introduce them selves first,now that your name has turned blue you can download

you have to format your usb stick to fat 32,plug your usb in your computer, then click on my computer then move down to where it say removable disk then right click it should then say format you then format to fat 32 hope this helps

ryt mate got it in my downloads, but cant seem to open it. i mean witch programe do i open it with to access the files?

you dont have to open it, just copy it to mem stick

don't need to open file,i just sent file to pen drive,pen drive to s/v box,update s/w,factory reset,rescan,goto ss1,input 1819,enable,wait for picture,should be up and running again.

Done a full scan and got most channels back but not got sky sports 2 listed is this normal.
