starview 7 probs

Just got starview 7 box downloaded new software but on network its nots showing u stream just ip setup and sw download sorry but ive googled and searched as much as i can anyone out there could help me out. What i did was factory reset then installed new fimeware showmustgon i choose s/w update on the usb box all connected up but does not show u stream at all just ip and sw.

I have a similiar problem. am new to this and have tried several times but without much success. Help....

you dont have u stream now just load the firmware factory reset scan go to sky sports 1 press 1819

you were trying to update showmustgoon which was the last firmware,glad your sorted.
