program for watching on pc

could someone tell me where is the program for watching recorded stuff on the harddrive onto the pc please ?

Vu+Duo,1m Dish, 3 degree monoblock (13&16e), Zone 2 dish with quad lnb,Skybox F3

I have recorded on usb flash drive now I would like to transfer it onto my laptop so I could burn it onto a disk.
Can it be done ? What program do I need ?
