showmustgoon problem

Hi
i have just downloaded showmustgoon firmware,
however when i do a factory reset and try to get the box to read the new file, it does not highlight it, unlike the previous carling file, i'm probably missing the obvious, any help would be appreciated

does the file come in rar or zipped format which will need extracting first then copied to usb

Not sure mate, i think its a ups file,
i did google it but got bogged down in tech speak
