but when i click on it i get that 4 shared.com and i click download the file down say do i want to find program online to open it do u know what i do

save it to your pc , unpack it if its rar or zip , then load it into your receiver

what do u mean by unpack it

if its zipped use winzip to unpack it

if its rared use winrar to unpack it

if you dont understand the basics or your pc , google for the answers like 7-Zip

down load the winrar how do i get it on the stick now

do i eed to down load a bin file

format the stick using fat32

then unpack the download using winrar or 7-zip

then copy and paste to the stick using windows explorer

turn box off on mains switch , insert the stick , turn box on and transfer the download from stick to box , when completely finished , turn box off and remove the stick , turn on and test
