Starview 7: Channels Gone

My box was working fine with the latest firmware where all of a sudden overnight everything just dissappeared. I switch my box on and it automatically goes to the menu. I can't exit it out because it says 'No Channels'. I tried to reboot and reload the firmware and scan it doesnt recognize not even 1 channel. I've been search on the net for similar problems but haven't found any. I any1 could help me I'd appreciate it. Cheers.

are all cabels conneted right check this as all is working fine and what area are u is u server down

All cables and wires are perfect and Im in the north london area, thanks. Also if it helps on the actual box itself when I switch it on it just reads '- - - -'
