Starview 6 Spliter with Vbox HD

have a strange problem and dont know how to resolve

basically have both a sv6 and a samsung vbox hd

cable from the wall 2 way splitter to both boxes

sv6 work ok via ethernet and vbox works untill i wanna watch sky 1 HD

to resolve the sky 1 HD issue i remove the splitter and plug direct into the vbox then sky 1 HD works ok??

put the splitter in and it doesnt, yet evey other channel works fine

checked the cable the splitter tightened up no different

it seem if want to watch sky one HD i have to mess with cable take out of spliiter and put direct to box

also the crashing on the sports has been better last 2 games

but havent a clue whats causing sky 1 HD to crash, even tried other HD channels and they work fine, just this one channel

SV6 connected with splitter with Vbox+

ok have modem upstairs, downstairs have vbox and starview 6, when in spliter box boxes work fine, have the sv6 ethernet up to the router and new firmware works fine, my vbox works appart from sky 1 HD

once i remove the splitter and put straight into vbox, sky one hd works

am tired of keep swapping tha cables about to watch sky 1 hd, is there anything i can do it it the spliiter im using? tried another with same effect?

like a isay all works just dont understand why one channel wont work, come up with sorry this channel is unavailable??

maybe the splitter not copeing with hdim lead are all other hd cannels working ok

yep all other hd channels work, syfi etc just not sky hd it did used to thou

yeah this is defo the splitter, one end from wall into end the one out to VM box and one to Starview 6, works but with out Sky 1 HD, on VM box everythin else works

basically just take out of splitter and into VM box and it works fine,

this did used to work fine, just in last 2/3 months its started with sky 1 HD getting blocky and freezing to now no signal at all, says sorry this channel can not be displayed try at a later date

however has anyone else had this issue??, means i have to keep swapping the cable over, have tried a diff splitter but same result, must be something that VM have done to stop extra boxes?
