new cable box ?

ive just been told/asked did i know anything about a new box that conects to cable as the old ones did does any one out there know if this is true ,if so could you name the make and model cheers

there are basically two choices starview 7 or kryptview a780.

the kryptview generally has a better reputation, but both have had problems recently so i don't know if anyone would advise you to buy either at the minute.

thanks ive got a star view 7 going through lan this is suposed to be another box available that does not requir the lan conection just the old virgin cable in the back just wondered if any one else had heard of this cheers for reply

Yer branson does,nt even own virgin z but some people still beleive this.

Your boxes that you have mate will require a lan connection to receive the encryption but i agree with evastar i would steer clear at mo from the cs cable boxes and maybe even look at converting to satellite cs.

above is also true lots of sat servers hit 2, try and find a decent private server on either side and youll be fine m8. the big servers are the main priority as theres a gr8 deal of cash involved.
