The Box super sv3

Hi people
those of you who have'nt sorted their sv3 boxes its really easy you will need the 8.02e firmware . look in down laods for it. i did mine last week or so a few days after it all went down . and is still working .

am really stuck

can some plz help me, i bought n connected the rs232 null modem cable to my pc and to the sv3... what do i do now. does the sv3 have to be conected to the service provider? while updating the firmware! i cant see anywhere of where to download the required firmware. do i have to change any setting on my pc , plz can someone help me step by step. thxxx

go and search on the forum for the sv3 firmware 8.02e and down load it your pc. (oh and you dont need to have your sv3 connected in to your service provider),once you have done that connect you box to power supply and to you pc with the cable you got . open the application you down loaded and hit down load and you will see the percentage go up on you box .

HI All,

first time im touching this box, so i followed the instructions above by sultan and after downloading the software on the box i connected to the cable provider, did the autoscan and after went back into the menu pressed 1570 and ensured emu = on. went to sky sports 1 and then waited for to update but for some reason it will work for a bit and then freeze and some channels wont work (scrambaled singal/bad channel error) or no signal message. Anything im doing wrong....one thing i did notice is that in the 1570 menu my location was diff and i couldnt change it.

i guess u need to re-start again.... as in updating the software to ur cable box again...just make sure u have the firmware 8.02e... like everyone else. or .gud luck
