starview 7 help please

hey guys, just got myself my first sv box and i'm completely baffled.
it works, i have some films availible and most sports. but film 4 and a few others dont work.
can anyone spare some time please and help out?

i have looked through the forum and just seem to get more baffled by every post i read. i am running the show must go on, but have read plenty of posts about carling.

just totaly confused!!!!!!!
i live in the warrington area, so if someone could reccomend a shop or a user nearby.

my box is the same loaded new firmware most channels working just have to wait and hope the others come on

not all are on

not all channels work u have done the best u can and got what is avalbelcheck channel list in posts
