Starview 7 Network problem

Hi Guys I have just bought a new Starview 7 box and uploaded the show must go on software and done the 1819 code etc and my box came on... but every 20 mins or so it freezes and says No connection on the bottom of the display.. I know its something to do with my Network connection.. any suggestions to what it could be and what I can do to sort it....

try powering off box and modem and router for 30 secs then on.
it could also be a bad signal on coaxial cable so check there and also bad splitters can cause this also

Thanks Ill try that... Im on Talk Talk aswell so it may be my connection speed
